My Services

Family Therapy
In family therapy we will explore patterns and dynamics that may be causing conflict within the system. By deepening emotional insight and understanding our roles within the family unit, we can start to promote healthier communication, resolving conflict and improving the depth and quality of each relationship
within the family.

Individual Women's Therapy
I’m passionate about empowering women through life’s challenges. By tapping into your strengths and equipping you with the right tools, we’ll work together to help you live your best life. Sometimes, we just need a guide to help illuminate the path ahead—and I’m here to be that guide.

Couples Counseling
Our most significant growth happens in relationship. Improving communication, strengthening emotional bonds and creating greater connection between partners creates the safe foundation for relationships to thrive. We will work to uncover unhealthy patterns, reframe problems and build a secure attachment.

Premarital Counseling
Together, we'll use the Prepare/Enrich curriculum to lay the groundwork for a strong and fulfilling marriage. We’ll enhance communication skills, address potential areas of conflict, and align your values and goals to set the stage for a lasting partnership.

👋 Hi, I'm Becky.
Born in New York and raised in Texas, I took a detour through Chicago’s fast-paced advertising world before finding my true home—and calling—in Tennessee. The pull toward a career in counseling was something I could no longer ignore, and I'm grateful to be following that path.
In my practice, I take a trauma-informed and attachment-based approach, always staying curious and open to the unique complexities each individual brings. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and those who matter most.
When I'm not in the office, you’ll likely find me covered in dog hair, sipping on iced tea, and sharing laughs with my family.

I am currently under the supervision of Sara Hopkins, PhD., LMFT #928.
